Grigsby's Carpet & Tile BAD Experience “Grigsbys put carpet padding on concrete that was heavily stained with pet urine at my rent house. They told me it was my responsibility to have it treated, . But they told me this after the fact I wasn't given the opportunity to have it treated before it was already glued in place. I was then told they were going to charge me extra for the installation of new padding because they weren't going to remove what they just glued in place. It took me 20-30 minutes to remove the padding without harming it so it could be used once the concrete was treated. Cindy (Sales Representative) and Penny (Manager) said they install carpeting on untreated flooring all the time. Really?! There was no offer of resolution to the problem. In their opinion, they were right and I was wrong. Cindy even went as far as to call me the most difficult customer shes ever dealt with.I know how and when to accept responsibility when I've made a mistake. Obviously, Gigsbys has yet to learn this lesson.”
